FAQ
Plain answers before you apply
If something here is unclear, ask on the inquiry form and a person will answer you.
How is AI actually used?
AI assistance drafts replies to routine questions from FAQs your team has approved, organizes incoming information and flags things that need a person. It does not replace retreat staff, does not handle pastoral care, does not guarantee sales and does not make refund decisions.
What stays my team's responsibility?
Approving the FAQs and tone, setting registration and refund policies, naming a human escalation owner, reviewing anything sensitive, and making final decisions about people and money.
Who pays for the software the system runs on?
You do, in your own accounts. Third-party software and usage charges — payment processing, email sending, forms, scheduling — are separate from KGPT fees. You own the accounts and the data.
What does implementation include?
Mapping your retreat journey, building and configuring the workflow, an approved message library, internal testing, exception tests, your review, launch approval, documentation and handoff.
What does monthly management include?
Workflow health checks, support requests and repairs, a small monthly allowance of minor changes, incident handling and a monthly summary. Foundation starts with a proposed one hour per month of minor changes and Growth with two; Scale limits are set in its signed scope. Work beyond the allowance goes to a change order you approve first.
Why do prices say 'starting' and 'subject to scope'?
Because the real scope depends on your retreat. A Concierge price becomes payable only after KGPT approves a written proposal and you accept it.
When is the Guided Build available?
After pilot validation. It is listed so you can join the waitlist; it cannot be purchased today.
